1500 calories without exercise. and how many ever calories you burn, just make sure to make your total intake equal 1500. so if you burn 500, eat 500 more.

A little boca never hurt anyone! One pattie is just 160 calories.

I grill one of these

and put it on a 50 calorie slice of toast, slathered with a 35 calorie laughing cow wedge, topped with 0 cal mustard

and 1/4 a cup of cottage cheese (30) for a total of 275.

This is a perfect pick me up an hour before I work out. The extra calorie’s are definitely worth a hardcore work out, verses a wimpy one.
You can probably guess why, haha it has all the contents of my kitchen!
First, start with brown rice, I chose this particular brand, because it had less calories than all the other ones!
Go here http://pinchmysalt.com/2009/04/06/how-to-cook-perfect-brown-rice/ for a tutorial on how to make perfect brown rice (I used it)

I took 5 cups of brown rice and put it in a strainer. And rinsed it off with water.
Bring (4 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice) to a boil.
Pour the rice into the colander and keep it at a rapid boil without the lid for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Chop up your choice of protein, and cook it in an oiled skillet. I used olive oil. (Skinless chicken - less calories without the skin)

Oh this was the fun part! I took everything in my kitchen that sounded yummy to me, and cut it up into small bits: Pickles, Onions, Garlic, Kiwis, Raspberries, Mango, Eggs, Grapes, Strawberries, Jalapeno’s and Tomatoes.
Then dump all of the contents into the pan with the protein. (make sure it is at least 50% cooked, these other contents won’t nearly take as long)

Cut two lemons or limes in half and sprinkle over entire mixture.

After letting the rice sit in the hot pan without water for 10 minutes, spread it out in a dish big enough for this entire concoction. Drizzle a slight amount of honey across the rice.

Finally! Cover the rice entirely with the mixture. & serve accordingly. I have added a slice of (50 cal wheat) toast with a wedge of Laughing Cow (35 calories)

YUM! Bon Appetite :) with lots of left overs! & it sits lightly, so no need to be in a coma for 30 minutes.
This morning I woke up and instantly thought of instant oatmeal! :) I had the Maple & Brown Sugar - only 160 calories a packet! I usually like to have around 200 calories for my breakfast.

It says to heat up water or milk, but I have super calorie reduced milk, so why not? :)

And you will see it in a regular drinking cup, and this is why..haha

Oh and don’t forget the tea! That’s a must with every meal for me.

Final Product. Green tea, Maple and brown sugar oatmeal, grapes, peaches and Low fat Low Calorie cottage cheese. All about 200 calories. Give or take 10.

With my morning pills of course!

(excuse the dust)

I just have to say, tonight was absolutely wonderful. I worked out, went grocery shopping with my dad, cooked while dancing to music, impressed my dad with the outcome, took food to my brother, he loved it and wanted more (he’s HELLA FUCKING hard to impress too), and then turned down the lights, and ate a midnight snack with my dad while blasting (on our bose system!) and singing along to some of the greatest hits (Michael Jackson, Lionel Richie..etc)
